Nodiosas acts as the data controller of the personal data you provide when registering and using the Platform, in accordance with Law No. 29733 — Personal Data Protection Law of Peru and its regulation approved by D.S. No. 003-2013-JUS.
2 Data We Collect
2.1 Registration Data
When creating an account on Nodiosas, we collect:
- Name — to personalize your experience.
- Email — as account identifier and communication medium.
- Password — stored in hashed form with bcrypt; never in plain text.
- Date of birth — required for astrological calculation.
2.2 Astrological Data
To generate your natal chart and personalized readings:
- Date, time and place of birth (city and country).
- Time zone (UTC offset) you indicate.
- The results of your saved natal charts and readings.
Birth data is treated with special care. It is used exclusively for astronomical calculations and is not assigned to unauthorized third parties.
2.3 Usage Data
Automatically when using the Platform:
- Pages visited and services used.
- Credits consumed and transactions performed.
- Date and time of access.
2.4 Technical Data
- IP address (anonymized after 30 days).
- Browser type, operating system and device.
- Session identifiers (technical cookies).
2.5 Communications
If you contact our support team, we keep the content of your messages to follow up on your request.

4 Data Retention
Your data will be kept for strictly as long as necessary for the purposes described:

Active account data: Throughout the duration of your account on the Platform.

Data after account cancellation: It will be anonymized or deleted within a maximum period of 60 days from the cancellation request, unless there is a legal conservation obligation.

Billing data: Kept for the period required by Peruvian tax regulations (minimum 5 years).

Technical data (IP): Anonymized after 30 days; security logs are kept for up to 12 months.

Support communications: 2 years from the closing of the issue.
5 Sharing with Third Parties
Nodiosas does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We only share them with the following service providers, under data processing agreements that guarantee their protection:
Artificial Intelligence Provider (Anthropic / Claude)
Consultation texts sent to the astrological chat can be processed by external AI models. No identity data (name, email, password) is sent to the AI provider — only the content of the consultation.
Geocoding Service (OpenStreetMap / Nominatim)
The name of the birth city is sent to Nominatim to obtain geographic coordinates (latitude/longitude). No personal identity data is sent.
Payment Gateway (Culqi or other certified processor)
Payment data is processed directly by the gateway, under PCI-DSS standard. Nodiosas never stores card data.
Hosting Provider / Infrastructure
Data is stored on our hosting provider's servers, with restricted access and encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
We may also disclose your data when required by law, court order or competent authority, or when necessary to protect the legal rights of Nodiosas or third parties.
6 International Transfers
Some of our service providers (such as the AI provider) may process data outside Peruvian territory. In these cases, Nodiosas adopts the necessary contractual and security measures to guarantee that such transfers are carried out with a level of protection equivalent to that required by Law No. 29733.
By accepting this Policy, you expressly consent to the possibility that your data will be transferred to servers located in other countries, always under the described safeguards.
7 Your Rights (Law No. 29733)
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of Peru, you have the following rights over your data:
Right of Access
Request confirmation of whether we treat your data and obtain a copy thereof.
Right of Rectification
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data at any time from your profile or by request.
Right of Cancellation / Deletion
Request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary or you withdraw your consent.
Right to Object
Object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes at any time.
Right of Portability
Receive your data in a structured and commonly used format to transmit them to another controller.
Right of Limitation
Request the limitation of processing while a claim on accuracy or lawfulness is verified.
How to exercise your rights?
Send your request to privacidad@nodiosas.com indicating: your full name, registered email and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a maximum period of 20 business days.
8 Cookie Policy
Nodiosas uses cookies and similar technologies to guarantee the correct functioning of the Platform and improve your experience.
Technical / Essential Cookies
Always activeNecessary for the Platform to work: user session, CSRF security, preferences. Without them, the service cannot work. They do not require consent.
Analytical Cookies
Require consentThey allow us to understand how the Platform is used (most visited pages, session time) to improve it. Data is anonymized.
Marketing Cookies
Require consentUsed to show you relevant advertising inside and outside the Platform. Currently not implemented.
You can manage or disable cookies from your browser settings. Keep in mind that disabling technical cookies can affect the functioning of the service.
9 Data Security
Nodiosas implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure:
No system is 100% secure. In case of a security breach that affects your data, we will notify you in the shortest possible time in accordance with current regulations.
10 Minors
Nodiosas is not directed at minors under 18 years old and does not knowingly collect data from persons under that age.
If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without parental consent, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe your child has provided data to our Platform, contact us at privacidad@nodiosas.com.
11 Changes to this Policy
Nodiosas may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, current legislation or services offered.
When we make material changes, we will notify you by:
- Featured notice on the Platform.
- Email notification to registered users.
The "Last update" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the new version.
