By accessing, registering or using any service of Nodiosas (hereinafter "the Platform", "the Service" or "Nodiosas"), the user (hereinafter "you", "the User") declares to have read, understood and accepted in its entirety these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "the Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

Nodiosas reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from their publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3 Eligibility and Registration

  • Legal age: Use of Nodiosas is exclusively reserved for persons over 18 years old. By registering, the User declares and warrants that they are at least 18 years old.
  • Single account: Each user can register a single personal account. Multiple account registration for the purpose of obtaining initial benefits or credits fraudulently is prohibited.

4 Credit System and Payments

  • No Refund Policy: Given that Nodiosas services are digital content delivered immediately, once credits have been used or service provided, no returns or refunds apply under any circumstances.

13 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any controversy, dispute or claim arising from the use of the Platform or the interpretation of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Lima, Peru.
